Specifications

The hammermill is free standing, V-belt driven and the milling chamber is cylindrical in nature mounted in a horizontal plain.  This is fitted with a robust rotary fan with 4 blades.

Milling is effected by feeding dry clay into the hopper at the top, discharging into bags through the flue at the bottom.

Capacity :        Depending on the water content 2 -3 tonnes per day yielding a cross section of fines and course 50/50.
